“The 2 bedroom/1bath condo worked perfectly for our stay. It was centrally located, off a road that had both a nature trail and/or sidewalks to take a morning/afternoon walk. The condos bathroom was Jack and Jill in style, and the bedrooms were nice and cozy, with the laundry being a bonus! We used the coffee maker each day, along with some of the other kitchen amenities, however, did eat out durning most of our stay. We really enjoyed Anna’s Pizzeria in the downtown Apex area. “This house was spacious and very convenient to downtown and Southeastern. Check in process was easy as long as you get the message with the link to submit a form (I did not pay that part any attention, so it's on me). The only warning I would give to potential renters is you are going to climb a lot of stairs. The until is on the 3rd and 4th floors. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Southeastern with a lot of people. The unit has everything you could need and is well thought out.”

“Great place as pictured and described! There was easy free parking (and lots of parking no matter the time), small amount of steps to get into the building, easy check in. There was a full kitchen and fridge and we were able to cook and bake some meals and store them. The towels and toilet paper were really soft! The bed was very comfortable. It was a 10 minute walk to the Raleigh convention center. The place is a little bit older but still good! Would absolutely stay again! ”

“We stayed at this property for a month. We think probably it would be a better place for shorter overnight/1-2 night stays. The kitchen is very well equipped but it is very small making cooking hard. The property could do with a big update as the appliances are very old. I was nervous using the oven due to its age.
