“House had plenty of room for a family of 5. Host was extremely nice and answered any questions very quickly. House is in a very secluded area which was nice to sit outside and enjoy nature. ”

“The lake and the view were absolutely beautiful. Kayaks, a boat and canoe were provided with life jackets. Weather was unseasonably cold during the nights and mornings. House does not have a heating system but there were plenty of blankets and comforters. Fire pit was such a nice addition for the evenings. Hope to revisit in the future ”

“As advertised this is a tiny house! The layout makes it very functional and the only place that felt tiny was the bedroom. The huge windows made it very sunny and open. Despite being close to other houses the space and yard felt very private with the windows overlooking a wooded lot and a fire pit. Close to Cooperstown and 5 - 10 mins from shopping and restaurants. The host was excellent in communicating and I really appreciated the no fuss stay. ”
