“Great location for HOF weekend. Great amenities. Old wood floors and stairs are squeaky but adds to the character of the home. Kitchen and bathrooms are updated to modern standards. We would love to return again if we are in the area ”

“Less spot, was fine for us for the two nights. We didn’t spend much time at the house since we were in town for a wedding and had a lot of festivities surrounding the event. We ran out of toilet paper the first morning I reached out to the host and didn’t get a response for hours. So we had to go out and get our own toilet paper to last us the rest of the day. The stairs are very, very steep to get to the bedrooms, if I had children, I would be more concerned with them. But it was fine for us……

“ Oh WOW. This is truly the cutest, most memorable place that we have ever stayed. How they made the small footprint feel so roomy still amazes us. All the homey touches made it all so cozy. The square/pavilion across the street had a concert while we were there and was a fun surprise. Just a 5 min walk and you'll find a convenience store, restaurants, a hardware store, and pharmacy.. We are trying to find a reason to go back.Thank you Dianne... for the entre……

“This rental was even better than I could have imagined! The house itself is amazing, and the peaceful setting in the woods was the perfect retreat after long days at the baseball field.It was set up perfectly for our situation. We had two families staying here: my son and I (while my husband and other son stayed at Dreams Park), and another couple whose son was also on the team. My son and I stayed upstairs, where there are three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The other couple enjoyed the master……

“Overall this was a great area to stay in very quiet. The owner even had tots for children games and books and a large back yard. Communication was very efficient and always responded at a decent time”

“We stayed here for my 12 year old son's Cooperstown Dreams baseball tournament. It was a great house! The bedroom downstairs was perfect for my 70 year old parents, and another large bed upstairs was perfect for us, and one more bedroom for the kids. The office was great, so I could work while I was there. Love that the owners renovated the house while maintaining authenticity, including the quirks, of the nearly 200 year old house. So perfect!”

“This is our second visit to the farm. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable and peaceful stay. We chose this spot as it is a central location for attending area events. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, even leaving us a welcome gift of his own honey! We’d absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing escape. “We have been having family vacations with the 10 of us for eight years and no house has compared to this. Staying at Dean’s house was like staying at home with all the comforts and essentials of a modern hotel. We had no reason to leave the property between the pool, hot tub and the downstairs living room big enough to be a movie theater for all of us. The house has enough towels and bedding for all and little touches of toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. are so thoughtful. Dean……
