“We had such a wonderful stay at the Evergreen Suite in Clinton, NY! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel warm and welcoming. “Property was VERY clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was exceptional!. Communication was timely and excellent. I highly recommend this property and would look to stay again if/ when i an back in the area. ”

“We loved the rental! Very clean and lots of space. We were very active seeing family in the area and exploring. Didn’t see much wildlife besides squirrels and chipmunks. Would love to rent again next time we are in the area. Thank you again.”

“Less spot, was fine for us for the two nights. We didn’t spend much time at the house since we were in town for a wedding and had a lot of festivities surrounding the event. We ran out of toilet paper the first morning I reached out to the host and didn’t get a response for hours. So we had to go out and get our own toilet paper to last us the rest of the day. The stairs are very, very steep to get to the bedrooms, if I had children, I would be more concerned with them. But it was fine for us……

The hostess ensured there were clean towels, soaps, shampoos, laundry detergents, coffee cleaning supplies, etc. The property is beautifully updated and very comfortable. We loved the master bed and modern shower fixtures. The location of the property was proximal to the Nexus Center (4 min) where we had a hockey tournament. Will recommend again. ”

“So glad to find this place. All the amenities travelers would expect. Quiet area that is also very close to shopping, grocery, major roads and highways. Definitely recommend this to others coming to the area and will look to stay here again in the future.”

“The apartment was spacious with a large living room. Only complaint was that the baseboard heaters were not working making the apartment fairly cold with mid-40's degree temps outside.”
