“Less spot, was fine for us for the two nights. We didn’t spend much time at the house since we were in town for a wedding and had a lot of festivities surrounding the event. We ran out of toilet paper the first morning I reached out to the host and didn’t get a response for hours. So we had to go out and get our own toilet paper to last us the rest of the day. The stairs are very, very steep to get to the bedrooms, if I had children, I would be more concerned with them. But it was fine for us……

“This place was beautiful and was exactly as photographed. The hostess ensured there were clean towels, soaps, shampoos, laundry detergents, coffee cleaning supplies, etc. The property is beautifully updated and very comfortable. We loved the master bed and modern shower fixtures. The location of the property was proximal to the Nexus Center (4 min) where we had a hockey tournament. Will recommend again. ”

“What a beautiful cottage situated on a scenic creek!! Perfect for our circumstance and didn’t have to mess with the hassle of a million baseball kids and baseball parents.”

“We were in this area for an all-Ripken baseball tournament. We didnt realize this property was about a half hour ride from the ball field near Oneonta. The ride wasn’t bad and the house was perfect for us, located out in the country. Would highly recommend! Very close to everything in Cooperstown. ”

It offered plenty of space for our other 3 boys to play and explore during any downtime! It came equipped with everything you need! Highly recommend! The hosts were fabulous!”
