“We found the quiet and surrounding farm truly relaxing. Even though we drove sixty miles roundtrip each day, the drive was beautiful and relaxing. The only negative was the wifi being intermittent and the listed password was inaccurate. Overall, a good week.”

“This was a gift from me to my husband and our three adult sons- Baseball Hall of Fame and weekend stay. This was on his bucket list to do with our adult sons. The house was a perfect place to hang our for some quality time”

“Returned to Cooperstown for a reunion of friends who spent summers on the lake. The Boathouse was the perfect spot to stay - convenient to town, super comfortable, tremendous views, friendly and helpful owners. Highly recommended!”

“We loved the rental! Very clean and lots of space. We were very active seeing family in the area and exploring. Didn’t see much wildlife besides squirrels and chipmunks. Would love to rent again next time we are in the area. Thank you again.”

“We left the property and started refund process within just a couple of hours of arriving. Exterior of House looks nothing like the photos online: Grass was not mowed, trash was on the front porch, paint was chipping, chairs were broken and taped together, back door to house was unlocked. Interior was no better; shower floors and walls were rusty, bath mats were wet and soiled, freezer had dried blood on the interior, beds did not appear to be freshly made with clean sheets since previous……

“I don't know how to put into words the treat you are in for when you rent this house. It is beautiful, decorated exquisitely, spacious, has a remarkable kitchen, decks, views, amusements, comfortable/cozy an overall 10 out of 10.”

“Me, my wife, daughter, and Mother-in-law stayed here for our Cooperstown Tournament. At first I was dreading the 30 minute drive to the fields, but the Cherry Valley to Cooperstown drive is so beautiful. The home was perfect for us. A clean and comfortable farm house with plenty of room. Do not miss the sunrise! Karen wast a wonderful host who accommodated us arriving later than expected and communicated well whenever we had questions. You can tell she really cares about your experience. Highly……

“I spent a week in this tiny house, and yes, it's tiny! The washer and dryer are in the bedroom, so there's no room for a nightstand. I used my luggage. There wasn't a good place to store my week's worth of clothes, either. I figured it out. Other than those minor inconveniences, this place is lovely. The host was awesome, very quick with responses. He even followed up on s question to make sure it was settled”

“This is a beautiful, spacious house with beautiful views. We stayed here in October when all the foliage was at its peak. The host was so nice and so easy to communicate with.
