“My daughter and I stayed at the Springhouse and it was an awesome experience. The house has a ton of character and the property is beautiful even in the winter. We also enjoyed the PA Dutch market which is only a few mins down the road.”

“We chose this cabin because it looked like a unique experience, and it was. It was unusually cold during our stay but we were cozy and toasty inside. The location is convenient to the Berkeley Springs warm springs spa amenities, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The rest of our pleasant weekend was spent in the cabin, cooking up meals in the well equipped kitchen and catching up with old friends by the wood stove. The property is scenic and peaceful. “Close to home but far enough to leave worries behind. We checked out local breweries and all were delicious with great atmosphere. Dinner in Emmitsburg was divine and they even gave me a single red rose for Valentine's. We loved the history and charm, the property for walking, and we played some of the very old board games in the home. The owner was very responsive and helpful with navigating the snowy driveway and cleared a path to the door! We reccommend highly and will definitely return!”

“Wife and I spent four nights while visiting family in Hagerstown over Thanksgiving. The house was comfortable, well-furnished, spotless, with spectacular views--basically perfect. Great central location to Hagerstown, Frederick, Gettysburg, Antietam National Battlefield, etc. We will definitely consider returning on our next visit to the area.”

“We stayed from Friday to Sunday. We had four adults and 3 kids ranging from 6 to 11. It is a beautiful house and ample room for our group. Our stay was wonderful and the house was immaculate and very well furnished. We didn’t get to use the outside too much on account of the temperature but the outside was very nice as well with a lot of outdoor furniture and a propane fire pit. We would definitely come back again. The house was also only 14 minutes away from Whitetail ski resort. Super……
