“酒店很小， 房间也小。通过Expedia订的2个成人1个小孩的房间， 不知为何到了酒店只有一间Queen Size双人床， 没办法孩子只好睡地板。 不过酒店人员相当热情， 第二天就免费给调了房间。”

“My husband and I stayed here for 3 days during our stay in London. Loved the convenient location and having the pub was wonderful. Room was very nice. Just be aware that you need to climb stairs to the rooms and the step up to the bathtub was pretty high. Other than that, was excellent, and the staff exceptional!”

“The hotel looks and feels good. Numerous bus stops nearby will get you most places, grocery store downstairs. Basic breakfast. Security guard on every floor was odd. Rude staff. ”

“We loved staying here! I was a little worried about staying in a place without a front desk, but our questions via were answered via Whatsapp almost immediately. The apartment was well stocked, and guests are able to get extra towels and things from the basement laundry room (two washers and two dryers -- very handy!). Beds (main and sofa) were comfy, toiletries were nice, and towels were oversized and soft. Good air conditioning too (it was not hot, but we had some sunny days that warmed up).……

“I stayed in a compact room in a town house which had other rooms available. In my room there was a comfortable single bed, towels, a TV and kettle, and on the same floor was a nicely furnished, shared shower room. The room was perfect for my needs (just needed a bed for the night) and quite close to the West End with a handful of shops nearby.
