“Me, and a family member, are impressed with the staff courteousness, and politeness. Rooms are mostly up to standards. If not, resolution is always a phone call away to the front desk. “This was a great value and I loved the extra amenities. Work out room was above and beyond. Community room with pool table and snacks available for purchase. Having a washer and dryer along with detergent was an unexpected plus and we put it to good use. Very quiet and secure. Only small issue is that you need to be aware of the parking situation which can be a bit confusing. Overall, I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!”

“This is my go-to. 100%. I go to Cleveland to perform every May. This is my second stay here and I will continue to come back until I am no longer performing. Clean. Safe. Quiet. Best hot tub in town. Great shower pressure. Friendly and caring staff (looking at you, regional manager who checked us in and took care of another guest's issue, maintained a cherry disposition for both of us and never forgot to age check us about the (wonderful 👍) commodities and extras... Best buffet around. Never……
