“The front desk lady was AMAZING!! She made my 2 littles (3&6) feel welcome. Our room was ok, it was clean. There was nothing to use for the kitchenette(no cups, plates, or silverware) breakfast was not for children it was a grab and go style (granola bars and muffins) the location was great. We checked out on Memorial day ran into a sweet Independence community parade. The Zoo was about 8 minutes away it was perfect. ”

“Hotel itself was very modern spacious and clean. Great amenities gym heated indoor pool free wifi. Awesome breakfast buffet daily with made to order eggs & omelets Happy hour daily 5:30p-7pm with very good charcuterie board along with nachos & assorted party mix snacks. Two drinks per person w/premium liquors. Room was 1 bedroom king suite. Comfortable beds & ample space for 4 as sofa was a pullout. “Great location! Comfortable beds! Comfortable lobby, whoie waiting to check in! We did have gummy bears on floor that didn't get cleaned up from previous guest and hallway spelled like pot, first night we returned to our room! ”
