“This house was a beautiful older home. The location was great. We were minutes from everything we wanted to do. The only thing that bugged us was the fact we shouldn't have to do any maintenance ourselves (doesn't matter if it was small or not). They need to communicate with their clean company, if it was their fault. Plus we asked the home owner about 2 things and was only told how to fix one of the problems. We had to figure out ourselves on the other (they never helped us with that one)”

“Place was good but would have been nice to have guide of trash days. Did not put trash out because didn't know when and there was trash in the containers from previous. Took a few days to figure out TV also since I don't use that system. ”

“This large 5 bedroom house was perfect for our stay. Everyone had their own bedroom. The location is perfect to visit the "Ark Encounter" as well as locations is the south part of Cincinnati. The house still smells like new. ”

“House was in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything that we wanted to go see and do. Great communication with property manager. Needed to ask the property manager a question and received a quick response. Property manager was very accommodating. Plenty of parking at property with an effortless check in. Home was clean and had everything that we needed. Beds were very comfortable and we slept well during our stay. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, washcloths and towels was all provided. We are……

“Clean house and comfortable beds in a nice location, but the main bathroom is fairly small and the shower/bathtub is pretty basic. Some broken blinds in the bedrooms allowed a distracting amount of light from the security lights next door. Good value for the price.”
