“Real nice .. small”

“Clean and comfortable. No bakeware. Limited dishes. Bring all your own spices, foil and plastic wrap. Bring bath soap and shampoo. And laundry detergent. Basic linens. In first floor apartment you can hear residents walking upstairs. ”

“The condo was pretty but meekly furnished. 2nd bedroom had no lamps, no drapes over the blinds to block the exterior lights on building walkways. Unpleasantly dim lights all night in the room. Plates bowls cups, 6 of ea only. Condo advertised as for 4. Skimpy cookware TV in living room great with cable. BUT master TV bedroom had no cable or streaming. Location was excellent. But for 5-6 weeks STAY. This condo did not meet our expectations. IT won’t take much to be an A rental !! ”

“The unit was ok. Poorly stocked . The biggest issue was the lack of information and deliberate misinformation. I.e. the ads all said there was a pool..when we got the we were told the pool “had not been built yet”. There was a community pool that we could use, We were NOT told it was 4 miles away and there was a fee. The cell and internet service was horrendous and spotty at best. The cell tower “had not been built yet” We had an issue with one of the TVs and it took 3 days before I got it……
