“Easy one-half block walk to Bowdoin College and the unit itself was quite clean though pretty basic in terms of furnishings and decorations. Shower stall was very tight with a low shower head. There was a laundry machine but no laundry detergent, at least not that we could find. Would come again but might try one of the other units next time. We were in an upstairs unit which I would describe as clean but no frills. ”

“This apartment is just a block away from Bowdoin, and conveniently located to everything in Brunswick. The apartment could use a bit of attention in some places, but overall it's very comfortable and there is lots of space for everyone to enjoy.”

“Missing some creature comforts - no Kleenex/tissues, no blow dryer, ice cube tray was cracked and broken and there was only one. Had to buy all of these items. There were no instructions regarding the garbage or recycling we took the garbage out to the garbage bin when we left. Front door and door lock are not very secure, door doesn't latch securely you have to really pull/push it shut, and the lock is hard to lock from the inside. Cobwebs by the bathroom sink, huge wolf spider was in the……

“Nice little cottage, lots of sun, great layout, full kitchen which is so important to me, and less than a block to the commercial center! Plenty of parking, easy to unload and load my car, only a step up or two into the property which was perfect for my very small dog. ”
