“I was in town with my friend for a convention. The owner was prompt with communications the entire time of our stay and with me before we arrived. There was an issue with the water supply to the building which was out of her control but she kept us updated and even reimbursed us for a day. The apartment was very clean. Building was quite lots of shops and places to eat in walking distance.I would definitely recommend and will use again when in the area”

“It was great. The last night there was no parking available next to the property so I just parked in the front with no issues. The neighbor across the street is super sweet, I felt like I was home. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Host was great! Very communicative and had a cute welcome basket with snacks and some bath goodies waiting for us when we arrived. The host even brought a crib and a little basket of toys for our baby.Check in process was easy even at 3am. Location is exactly as described. Walking distance to the Greene and the Rec center that has a water park.Everything is exactly as pictured in the listing.Areas to improve would be less air fresheners, it seemed like there was a different one in every room.……

“This was a perfect “Buckeye Bungalow” for my recent visit to Dayton. It is so incredibly cozy, lovely personal touches and CLEAN!! Well stocked and owners are very responsive to any issues-not many! It is an older building in a safe neighborhood with covered parking. No elevator, but only on the second floor with covered parking-a bonus! This will be my go-to place for future visits! ”

“Our stay was great! The place looks new and was very clean, very comfortable and easy access. The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom has no outlets to do your hair or anything. They didn't have soap, shampoo or any bath products except softsoap on the sink. Towels were very nice. Didn't really like the parking on the narrow street either but it worked and nothing happened so that was good. Overall, it is a very nice place and I would stay again for sure. ”
