“Very spacious, clean, and comfortable two-story suite in the downtown area. We loved staying there and highly recommend it. That said, there were some easily addressed deficiencies in the access process. We were given a name for our suite and an access code that we were told would work for entry to the house AND the suite. The code worked for the building but not the suite. Also, none of the suites are marked with names; they’re all numbered.”

“Stayed here unplanned after our car needed to go in unexpectedly and absolutely loved it! Adorable set up. The owner was incredibly nice, even helped us pick our car when it was ready. Staying with all the animals was so much fun. Hiking bald mountain was so cool, we got to ID some new lichen and mushrooms. P.S. the eggs are delicious and I think their horse just had a foal right before we left!?”

“This place was perfect! It may sound strange but it’s the little things. The place smelled good. Loved the layout, it was quiet, nice and roomy for my husband and I. There were baskets in the bathroom on the wall that made it nice to be able to have somewhere to put your bathroom things. There was a nice full length mirror in the bedroom so I could do my makeup while my husband got ready in the bathroom. Blackout blinds. Dimming lights. King size comfortable bed. “We really enjoyed our stay in this rental. Everything was clean, the King size bed was very comfortable. Great to have your coffee in the yard each morning, listen to the birds, and watch the activity on the lake. Hosts quick to respond to questions. Really appreciated having a washer/dryer available so we did not have to go home w/ smelly running and hiking clothes! Gas station and small market are nearby for any quick grocery runs you might need to do. Easy drive to Bar Harbor/Acadia……
