“We are so grateful to have stayed for four nights at Starry Nights on our sea kayaking trip to Mount Desert Island. Extremely clean simple and private apartment on lovely land. Hosts were kind and friendly. Everything was seamless, everything in apartment was in good condition, and just worked.We hope to return next year.”

“The pictures accurately represent the property. The only surprising aspect was the location. Situated on a somewhat active road, the property sits on an old gas station and above an unoccupied Chinese restaurant. Noise from passing traffic was an issue for our infants at times. Despite this, I would stay here again.”

“This property was the perfect location for our vacation. It was outside the hustle and bustle of Bar Harbor (about 10 minute drive) but close enough to enjoy Acadia N.P. and Bar Harbor. The apartment was clean, the amenities were perfect. We were greeted with fresh blueberry muffins that were delicious! Eve was great, she let us enjoy our vacation, without hovering. We had a nice chat the morning we left and had the chance to enjoy a few minutes with Gingersnap, her Bernese mountain dog. I would……

“We loved staying here at this cozy waterfront property. It was spacious and with a functional kitchen which was a plus! The location, although a bit away from Acadia, offered an escape from the busy-ness of Bar Harbor. The surroundings are serene with a lake just upfront. Overall a good experience. Just be prepared to check out on the dot at 10.00AM to make way for the cleaners.”
