“Endroit magnifique et service impeccable ”

“While your staff was incredibly nice, the service was not what may be expected from a hotel of this caliber. We had countless issues with in-room dining and house keeping services. Your staff wasn’t rude but the service was not exactly good either. We often had cold meals, long waiting times, missing items, days without house keeping services etc all while we kept calling the guest experiences line… I’ve stayed in rosewoods and four seasons all over the world and had expected better from……

“A wonderful oasis away from the madness of downtown Nassau. So peaceful and serene. Dining around the property, while not abundant, was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful and always greeted us with a smile. In particular- Sarah at activities desk, Bass and MJ at the conch shack, Tanya for the amazing fresh conch experience and the housekeeping staff. Only thing that would really lift this place up would be a few kayaks and paddle boards for use in the lagoon. But this property is……
