“Our family stayed here for Spring Weekend at FSU. House is adequate but dated. Master bed was uncomfortable. Kitchen has all necessary equipment. We did not use the pool (needed a good cleaning), Fire pit was stocked with wood, but we did not have time to use it. Parking for 3 vehicles in driveway. We would stay here again. ”

“It was nice. Price was very reasonable. Quiet. Check in check out was easy. A few things could be fixed. Floors need to be upgraded, back door stuck. But was not suprised. Well worth it for the great price. ”

“The overall property was excellent. There were a few problems with broken furniture, but communication with the property manager was good. They need regular coffee pots in rentals and better pillows. Please feel free to bring your pillow and a regular coffee pot, coffee, sugar, etc... Their pillows are hard as rocks. The property is centrally located to food, shopping, and FSU stadium. Steve is a great communicator. Would stay again, now we know what to bring or not to bring..... ”
