“Jorge is extremely friendly and helpful. He helped me arrange a taxi for the next morning. He even showed to make sure everything went well. I was given a room with a balcony and patio. Very nice and unexpected. ”

“BEE Suites is located in a generally nice area of San Jose with lots of dining and bar options within walking distance. The area right around the Suites is somewhat of an eye sore. The room is nice and just like photos on Expedia and Google. They don’t perform daily cleaning of the rooms so you will have to request new towels, toilet paper, etc. You can easily get in touch with BEE Suites via WhatsApp, and they will initiate communication with you periodically. The rooftop jacuzzi was awesome……

“The room was good and comfortable. We had a balcony but the door was sealed shut. The street noise was loud. All the employees from the desk to the restaurant to the cleaning crew were very friendly and helpful. Extremely convenient to markets. ”

“The owner Thomas came up and introduced himself the first day. The hotel had a charming appeal and the staff went above and beyond to make sure your needs were met. If you're looking for a cockie cutter IKEA hotel this is not it. The hotel has character and would stay 10/10 times again. ”

“I stay there about 10 times a year. The property is in my opinion, the best in the San Pedro area. No worries about someone there stealing credit card identity as happened at a nearby hotel. I do wonder about employee turnover there.”

“I stayed at Selina/Socialtel San Jose for about a week until the 28th of January 2025 and my Spirit Animal for the stay was a Sloth because I did mostly nothing in the morning, then took a rest in the afternoon. One might not think this a feasible feat in a city such as San Jose. But, I accepted the challenge and made good on it. Mae, aquí pulseándola! I've stayed here at this property many times since my first time in 2019 or 2020. And, the staff has always been welcoming. It was fun to hang……

La de recepción no nos supo dar una razón no podíamos cancelar la reservación esto fue terrible muy mala experiencia.”
