“A palace is picking up to function as hotel Nice food, always ride available for mall road. Though expensive but nice.”

“It is a decent stay option but far away from mall road. I stayed in Luxury suite but it was nit luxurious as per 3* star hotel standards. Tea/ Cofee/ Complimentary water bottle/ hand towel were missing in the room. Intercom was not working. Staff was cooperative and served good food”

“I give them bonus points for location and hospitality. The property needs minor repairs and pest control for cockroaches.”

Rooms are okay, but bathroom need repairs, refurbish, it smells. At check in, they charged me full of my entire stay, instead of Blocking the amount on card. This is not fair, I argued, but she said its policy. You should mention it when we do booking.”

“Great room and friendly staff. A bit hard to get to when travelling to and from Library Chowk. Driver is fast and efficient when dropping you off to places, but he’s your only option as Taxi/Uber are not allowed to drive down Pall Mall after 8pm, unless you have a private driver or chaffeur from another establishment. Great facilities. Would recommend for slightly experienced travellers.”

“I recently stayed at Hotel Pine Villa and had a great experience. The view from my suite was beautiful, and the room was spacious and well-kept. The staff was very helpful, and they even made special Navratra meals for me since I was fasting, which I really appreciated. They also arranged a scooty for me to get around the area, which made exploring much easier. The food was tasty, and the hotel had a safe and comfortable environment. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to……

“Do not book this hotel. Pictures on Expedia are misleading. This hotel is in very bad shape. This hotel is falsely overrated on Expedia. Horrible room condition. Found bugs and cockroaches. No heater or hot water in bathroom. Very noisy and worst linens.”
