“If I could give the property 10 stars, I would. The home was perfectly described in the listing, but even more beautiful in person. My family of 14 were able to stay here and have everything we wanted/needed and had PLENTY of space to spread out. “Came for a conference on quantum healing. The place was about a mile from conference. On a hill with beautiful Mountain View’s. Place is very spacious clean, well stocked and host so welcoming. Highly recommend! Thank you Ryan. ”

“We loved the deck overlooking such a beautiful setting, and where we sat with our family eating and catching up. It was everything we had hoped for.”

“Location was fantastic! Easy walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants. Had a few issues with some appliances, but property manager was incredibly responsive and resolved them very quickly. Unit was very spacious and comfortably equipped. ”

“The condo itself was fine, clean and comfortable with decent kitchen equipment and a nice roof top deck. As of April 2025, there is on-going construction, literally just a few steps away from the front of the unit. You can see the site and its dumpster out of the living room window. Construction noise starts at 7:30 or so, and woke everyone up, and made it impossible to enjoy the living room area. “This location was excellent. Conveniently located in the South Slope brewery district this condo is an easy uphill walk to Asheville’s popular dining destinations. Wicked Weed and Burial Breweries are just minutes away. The condo’s amenities were top notch. Kitchen had all utensils and gadgets needed to prepare a meal. Each bedroom has a separate thermostat so made sleeping temps customizable to each guest. The elevator was a nice feature not having to manually transport bags to the third……

“Very comfortable and clean. The bedroom closest to the street had some mild noise in AM due to a run, but I think our friends were fine with it. Nice decor. Walkable to eateries and bars if you are interested. I bought a few things across the street at a mini mart. Off street parking, read reviews…some had concerns about size of vehicle, but we did not have any issues. There were a lot of instructions regarding clean up, but we dutifully did as requested.
