“The property is amazing with enough space for our party of 8 adults and 7 children (ages 1.5 to 15). The kitchen is well equipped and allowed us to prepare dinners each night. The game room and games were in great shape and allowed a family air hockey tournament. We enjoyed the peace of the woods while sitting on the back decks even with thousands of cicadas thrumming. One night a trio of deer visited at the woodline. Yet we were only minutes from the grocery and the attractions of Asheville.……

“Only 1 problem. Either I could not get the lights for the porch to work or they were not working. Had to use the flash light on my phone to see to input the code.”

“This property made our trip so easy! It had every amenity we needed, plenty of space, VERY clean, and was so convenient to all Asheville attractions. The property manager/owner communicated everything clearly and quickly. The water cooler was a wonderful bonus. Would definitely recommend for parties of 1-4 (plus cribs if needed). Would stay here again.”

“Fantastic location in Ashville and very nice spacious house, very well equipped and comfortable. Walk to dining, close to groceries, close to Biltmore, easy access to highways when driving somewhere remote to hike. If you go up the hill in the neighbirhood, there are good views of Ashville and the mountains. The house had everything, even an ice pack in the freezer to keep our lunch cool in the cat when we were going hikng. The owners live on site which I quite liked - good to have them readily……

“The condo itself was fine, clean and comfortable with decent kitchen equipment and a nice roof top deck. As of April 2025, there is on-going construction, literally just a few steps away from the front of the unit. You can see the site and its dumpster out of the living room window. Construction noise starts at 7:30 or so, and woke everyone up, and made it impossible to enjoy the living room area. After alerting the host, Town Properties, they found a nearby condo for us to move to within the……
