“Lotta House was such a nice get away. We went in December so was cold. But still so nice to be on the water. Plenty of winery’s still open. House was easy to enter. Very clean perfect for two couples. Easy communication. You won’t be disappointed. ”

“My daughter and I were looking for a quiet and pretty place to have a self-imposed writing retreat. Creativity comes easier to us when we're in a beautiful natural location. The lake view was just what we needed.”

“House was perfect for what we needed, beautiful views from the porch, well equipped kitchen for all the cooking we did. The bar near the dock was very busy but closed at 9 anyways so no problem with noise. The dock was in good shape and we had to worries docking our boat there.”

“Loved the place and the remoteness. The water pump wasn't working, but a solution was promptly provided. It wasn't the best situation, but it worked. Also, the second bed appeared to be a mattress pad behind the main bed. We ended up just sharing the bed for the duration of the stay. Would return, but would love those issues/inaccuracies to be fixed.”

“Casa Carmela is a beautiful home with a lovely beachfront and fantastic sunset views. Our group of 8 were comfortable and had plenty of room to gather for meals or games. It is convenient to both Auburn and Skaneateles. The house was well appointed and equipped. Owner was responsive and checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed. ”

“The view was awesome. Foosball tournament was fun. We had some tall guys that were a little long for the bunk beds but they slept ok. All in all we were happy with the house. It was perfect for what we needed it for.”

We were able to do dinner in Geneva and wine tour following day and back to house for visiting around the fire and cards. We can’t wait to come back!!! Amazing home and great hosts!!!”

“Located at the end of a dirt road along the lake, this cozy home leaves little to be desired. It’s off the beaten path and provides seclusion as well close proximity to the wide variety of wineries and towns in the area. The host was wonderful; calling before our arrival to ensure there were no questions, and informing us of a temporary power outage the day we were to arrive. The home was well kept, fully stocked, and clean upon our arrival. The Finger Lakes is one of my favorite vacation……
