“Great location on the La Quinta property. Loved the fireplace. Pull out sofa bed was stuck. Wouldn’t open. Kitchen nicely equipped. Umbrella on back patio wouldn’t open. Couple little details. But the place is very quaint and comfortable. ”

“Cute little bungalow 2 blocks from the main road - super convenient! Couch pulls out to a very comfortable double-bed - we had trouble figuring out how to set it up, but it was great once we got it. The unit is very clean, but somewhat dated - it hasn't been "flipped" like some other nearby listings. However, we didn't plan to spend much time there anyway, so it was perfect for us! Street parking was a little tight our first night there, but no issues the rest of the time, and the location……

“Amazing stay!! Beautiful property and rooms, maintained to such a high standard. Excellent breakfast served out by the pool. Our only disappointment was the one night stay we’d booked - wish it had been longer. Ross is a superb host.”

“When I think of spending time in palm springs, I picture myself sitting in the pool with the gorgeous mountains in the background. The pictures do not do this place justice. It was absolutely stunning to wake up to this every morning and ending the day in the jacuzzi with the same. The house was gorgeous and the kitchen had everything we needed for the perfect stay. We had one quick issue with the jacuzzi but the hosts were quick to reply to our requests and it was heated in no time at all. ……

“Loved the history of the home and all the spaces designed for games and play. There were 11 of us and the bedroom/bathroom configuration worked well. What was a problem was the kitchen. Although it was stocked with everything and anything we needed…it was small and cut off from the area we congregated. ”

“As other reviews state, location is great -- quieter street yet close, easy walk to downtown shops, eats, hiking trails (Cactus to Clouds, N Lykken; 1 mile to Tahquitz Canyon), also groceries. Easy to take in Thurs eve Village Fest on the main street if you like. Also echo other reviewers: Unit is basic (realistic expectations helpful), clean, comfortable. “We enjoyed our overall stay so much we are planning to make this our Spring Break house rental. The layout of the house and super cozy/comfy beds was handsdown the best qualities. The kids enjoyed the pool, the community is located near Aldib and Sprouts. We would have preferred the table tennis option instead of the pool table but the kids enjoyed it. We were concerned about flying balls (pause lol).”

“This was a good place to stay. Host was very responsive to me. I had a slight issue getting in the house, contacted the host and she resolved the issue very quickly and efficiently. The house is as listed, with a beautiful pool and large bedrooms. Everything was in great shape at the property and we had a blast for the weekend.The only small downside is planes sometimes fly overhead and it can be a bit noisy if you're outside. “Easy everything! Hosts were responsive, check in was a breeze, kitchen well stocked, pool and backyard are perfect! The beds are super comfortable! Great living space. Close to downtown! Everything we wanted!”

“Overall, we enjoyed the location and the cleanliness of the property. I have two complaints. One, was the check-in process was a nightmare as the reservation was booked under multiple names including mine (Great), and the host or hosts which made everything super confusing for Marriot's staff. I was told at check-in that they had my reservation, but it was multiple, and I'd have to check out and check in multiple times throughout my stay. While I thought this was fixed at check in, I got a call……

“Seven guys on golf vacation - we wanted seven bedrooms each with its own bathroom - we got that and so much more. Post- golf we enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Then it was darts, billiards and skeetball in the game room. The family room was perfect for watching NCAA basketball playoffs on a large screen TV. Well equipped kitchen worked well. We will be back!”

“This villa is truly the perfect "Hidden Oasis" for anyone looking to stay with a large group of friends & family. There was so many options for games, a large pool & hot tub, and plenty of rooms for everyone to sleep comfortably. The host are super responsive with text message communication, and went over & beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking to host big groups under one rough. Thank you!”
