“We have stayed here on our anniversary the past three years. Had never been to Palm Springs and booked a quick trip down in 2022 and never looked back. The owner is very responsive, helpful and kind. The property is older, but clean. Each year it seems to be better than the year before. The price could not be better and I risk writing this and having it not be so secret anymore! We love the location, the pool and the privacy as well. ”

“My sister and I had five days of peaceful serenity in this small boutique hotel. We really enjoyed the pool, beautiful flowers in the courtyard and the quietness of the area. Just a couple blocks to shops, bars and restaurants. We look forward to returning in the near future. ”

“Everything was exactly as described. Well taken care of condo. We were comfortable and close to everything. We were there for Stagecoach, only 20 min from day parking. Very clean, outdoor patio and quality sheets and towels. Host was very responsive. Highly recommend. ”

“Cute little place within walking distance to Crossroads Cafe, JT Saloon, Sunday flea market, etc. Very comfortable, especially after a long day in the desert! Frank was a great host and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay there again. ”

“This is such a great place. It was perfect for my stay the pools are clean and inviting, and right outside the door. The place great bed was supper comfy and furnature was as well. Just a great place to rest and relax!! I Will be back!!”

“The property was exactly as advertised and then some. The location was great as there were restaurants within walking distance and it was in a nice location. I rented it as I was playing in a golf tournament at Mission Hills Country club which was only a 20 minute drive so it was a perfect spot for the quick driver there and back.”
