“We are over 70 and we did not have a bathroom in our room. I may have read this, but I don’t recall reading it. We would not have rented this room if I’d known it didn’t have a bathroom in the room. Luckily, the room we would have shared the bathroom with was not occupied, but we still had to go out of our room, utilize the bathroom. “The room itself was clean. When we got there to check in the guy was not very friendly that checked us in, there was a work (guy) comeing off the elevator with a trash band it had leaked on the elevator and they just left it. The Hallway had a smell , not shoe what it was. The next day when room service was done they left towels but did not make the bed.When we checked out the ladies was very nice and friendly. ”

“Staff kept the interior clean and orderly considering the exterior of the building being under renovation. Road to facility was awful to traverse. The night time manager was courteous, helpful, and pleasant to converse with. There were issues with television service, continuously showing error message while watching. No microwave in the rooms.”
