“Overall the property was very nice. I had a handicap and had to walk a long way on the 2nd floor because there were not enough King beds available on the ground floor. Conventional breakfast needs to be improved.”

“Great experience. The room was very clean, bed comfy, check-in staff friendly and helpful. There was some remodeling going on but it didnt affect us at all. The breakfast host very obviously enjoyed her job. She greeted guests, knew which ones had been there yesterday, made recommendations on sight-seeing options. Nice place for not a lot of money..”

“The Bunk House is very quaint and peaceful…just what we wanted. It has everything we needed. It’s not far from town. We enjoyed sitting outside on the porch. There’s a little path that you can walk down to the river too. Highly recommend staying at the Bunk House if you are in Cañon City. Loved chatting with Shari, she is so sweet.”
