“The "seamless" no-contact check-in procedure was not seamless. We could not enter our Australian post code into the pre-registration form nor our Australian phone number. We called and they took the number over the phone and said they would send us to code to get in the room by 11:00 the day of. By 11:30, we had to call again to remind them. Breakfast on the veranda to the sound of the sea and local birdlife was truly memorable. Our particular villa had been very well maintained.
