“We had such a short visit that we didn't get a chance to make use of many of the features at this property like the kitchen or rooftop hot tub. What we did see was very nice, however. I'd whole-heartedly recommend the place with only one caveat - the AC ”

“Our stay was excellent! The condo was prepared for our arrival and well equipped. The view looking out at the pool was amazing. It is a short distance to a grocery store, restaurants and town. The only issue we had was they were doing repairs to the stucco and the crews were loud outside our bedroom at 7 AM. All in all it is a very nice, safe place to stay!”

“My husband and I had a terrific week at the beautiful Coco Sunset Hills community. Check-in was a breeze, and the guard helped us get settled in. The condo is a perfect get away with a full kitchen and dining area and a comfortable sitting room for relaxing after a long day of adventures. The grounds of the complex are lush and well-kept, and it was a great pleasure to dip into the pool in the evenings after a full day of activities and then step up to the private deck to watch the spectacular……

“Pros: Well stocked which is very helpful when traveling. Included: coffee, paper towels, plenty of dishes and cookware, laundry detergent (a huge plus for us!), plenty of bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, bedding. Everything for a comfortable stay. Also, proximity to the beach. A very short walk and there you are! Cons: noisy a few nights out of 6 for us, some ants (not a huge deal). Overall a great vacation rental!”

“We had a wonderful time staying in this spacious, comfortable, lovely townhome! It’s just a few minute drive to Coco beach where there are plenty of restaurants and things to do. My kids especially loved swimming in the beautiful pool, and we loved the sunset views from our bedroom window. In addition, the owners communicated with us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed and and always responded quickly. We highly recommend staying here!”

“The initial advertisement was slightly misleading as it gave the impression of one large house. We found out that the property actually consists of three buildings, one had a bed and bath, the second had 4 bedrooms and two baths, and the third had kitchen/dining space. This wasn't an issue for us and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at Al Garete! There is also a separate house on the property where the caretaker lives. They did not speak any English but we were able to use phone translators to……
