“This property is very cute and literally right across from the beach! Beds were comfy and very welcoming. The only thing I suggest is bring your own beach towels, none were provided. I would stay here again.”

“It used to be a business property, which made it a little different, but the location and the layout worked perfectly. Extremely short walks to the beach and great food spots, and it had everything we needed. All-around great experience.”

“This was a lovely duplex, beautifully furnished and centrally located but still super quiet. Everything was accurate in the description and the photos. Our family enjoyed our trip and our hosts were responsive, kind, and made the stay great! The coffee bar was a huge bonus and the beach gear made the trip so much better. We would stay here again. ”

“The hosts were lovely and very helpful in recommending itinerary items before our stay. They were also prompt with anything we reached out about during our stay. The location is great, a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to the dog friendly beach. Easy access to bioluminescent tours, Kennedy space center, and rocket launch viewing areas.We will absolutely be return visitors!”

“The property was spotless and absolutely beautiful. The owner made everything super easy with clear, straightforward instructions. The place had everything we could’ve needed, plus some nice extras like wine and snacks. The location was great too — perfect for hanging out with friends. “This quaint cottage is near so many amenities and perfect for a weekend getaway or extended stay.”

“This is our 2nd stay at this property. The first time was to visit Kennedy Space Center and this time for a church conference on Merritt Island. We loved that this was away from the traffic and busy tourist area. We also enjoyed walking out on the dock and seeing the water. They accommodated an early check in. We were quite comfortable there.”

“Clean and cute cottage two blocks from the beach. Has a nice little backyard area for a dog, and a hammock to chill. The kitchen has essentials like a Keurig machine, the bedrooms are spacious, and the bathroom has an updated, modern shower space. Great little landing pad after a day spent at the beach or hanging around town!”
