I once worked at a Ritz Catlton, I know what good customer service looks like. These guuys are the best. That includes the Front Desk.”

“Terrible. They plumbing system in the rooms need to be addressed. The sink was clogged, and the shower was clogged. Nothing like showering in water up to your ankles. ”
