“We had a wonderful stay! The staff was fabulous specially Chris at the Tiki Hut. She made our visit fun. All the staff was pleasant and accommodating. There is construction going on but you could barely hear it, only at mid day! Nicely done. The rooms were awesome and neat and clean!!”

“We stayed here for two nights and thought it was great, they have beach gear you can use, with a short 2 minute walk to the beach, the breakfast was good, and the pool was great. The only only downside was the toilet, it wouldn't stop running and drove us crazy. I wish they had sand toys like buckets for kids, we bought some and left them there, hopefully they put them with their beach gear to let other guests use. ”

“Great room for the price. Needed a night to stay before a cruise and wanted to be in Cocoa Beach. This place was 1/3 the price of places around us. “We had a lovely pre cruise stay here. The communication from the property was excellent and very helpful. The villa was clean and very well equipped. It was quiet and felt very safe. “Excellent stay! My only complaint was that we couldn't stay another couple days. Clean, perfect location, full kitchen, beach chairs and towels.
