“The house was very clean and well stocked for all beach needs. The kitchen was easy to cook in and had everything we needed. Our kids loved the loft upstairs and the two downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our family. We all enjoyed the outside shower and the grill. We definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice place close to the beach. Our kids did surf camp at School of Surf and were able to walk to the school’s summer camp. “It was a great stay. The quick walk to the beach was awesome. We rented bikes from Cocoa Beach Surf and that is all we ever needed. We biked to the pier but spent most of our time downtown- which was easy to walk to and we met a lot of locals who were happy to share their thoughts on what to do and when. You can see the rocket launches from the beach - we managed to see two when we were there. The area was very safe and didn't find a place we didn't like. Highly recommend!”

“It was our first time at Cocoa Beach and we loved the town. Great food, lots within walking distance. The condo is quiet and comfortable, and the view from the balcony is ideal. Umbrella and beach chair rentals are located right beside beach access and beach was not crowded. We would definitely come back.”

“Our stay was fantastic! We had a family of 4 and a family of 5, with young kids ranging 1-6. The pool was a huge hit and perfect for the older kids to enjoy while the babies were napping. Teresa was quick to respond to any questions and made the entire stay extremely easy. We had a great time and would definitely love to come back again. ”
