“Nice place to stay before a cruise , staff was very helpful and friendly . I do recommend getting some type of curtain for privacy when coming out of the shower there at the sink area so you have more room to get dressed if you have others in the room . Pool area is very nice and clean . ”

“We had a wonderful stay! The staff was fabulous specially Chris at the Tiki Hut. She made our visit fun. All the staff was pleasant and accommodating. There is construction going on but you could barely hear it, only at mid day! Nicely done. The rooms were awesome and neat and clean!!”

“Very nice. I would stay here again. Everything was clean. I do wish the a/c did not revert back to 77 degrees every few hours. It's on some sort of program I guess. I did not get too much into figuring it out, as we were only there few days. ”

“The unit was very clean and there was plenty of room for a family of 5. Spanish Main is very tidy and the grounds are comfortable without being pretentious. The pool is crystal clear and the beach was steps away. The owners thought of everything. It has a vintage charm, feeling like Grandma is hosting. ”

“This was a perfect house in the perfect location in Cocoa Beach. It was so nice having our own pool in the backyard and still close access to the beach. The house was beautiful with plenty of room for all of us.”

“Our stay was great. The property was in a good location and comfortable . Communication was excellent. ”

“Made a quick trip to our favorite Cocoa Beach for some R&R, just me and my husband. Location is excellent, walked everywhere, great restaurants close, as well as the Dollar General. Super impressed with the high quality beach chairs and umbrella - a fairly inexpensive way to keep renters happy! The only ding is for the pictures that made the unit look a lot bigger than it is, but that is a pretty universal ding we give no matter where we stay. The unit is great and cute anyway with usual wear……
