“I believe once the property owner is through with all repairs, it will be very nice. It does need a handrail at the steps going into the pool. Very unsafe. Also, all the bikes had flat tires. No air pump. Luckily, we didn’t spend much time there. ”

“Coastal retreat is very clean, nice relaxing place and only a short walk to the beach. They offer everything you need from coffee, plenty of towels, a beach wagon and chairs. They are also extremely pet friend with a pet shower, towels and treats. I will be back to visit again❣️”

“The townhouse is super cute! Easy to find via google map. You can see the ocean from the balcony and it’s a quick walk across the road to the beach. Overall clean and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. I’ve actually thought about doing a joint family trip and using both town houses to sleep 10 comfortably. The owners are very relaxed and easy to get ahold of for questions. I am so glad they are property owners in Cocoa Beach so that we have a place to look forward to staying on our……
