“This was an amazing stay. I lived in Cocoa Beach for 35 years, and brought my new wife to share the neighborhood. This place had all the amenities and is in walking distance to the beach! Highly recommend!!”

We loved the simple “down home” feel. It’s not the typical cookie cutter hotel! It gives you the feeling that you live there…. If that makes sense.We also had the added pleasure of watching a Falcon 9 Space X Launch.The laundry facilities were free, which was a nice surprise. The property manager was wonderful!”

“Perfect for our stay and a quick visit. Coachroach was in the kitchen, but I know thats more common in the area for even clean places. It was definitely clean. But a heads up in case you can do some spray or something. Not a nice surprise. ”

“It was very nice. It is decorated nice. Had everything in the kitchen that you need. Enjoyed the screened in porch. We had an issue with the bathroom faucet and it was fixed right away. Close go the beach. Unfortunately it didn’t have a view. The bed was comfortable. Would stay there again.Easy check in and checkout.”

“Let me tell you why I think this is the perfect place to stay.You are steps away from a beautiful beach, and steps away from the pool. You are within walking distance to stores and restaurants and a short drive to many other great little spots to enjoy a meal, a cold beverage, (some waterfront), entertainment, and even a sunset. You may also catch a space launch. I saw 2. You will meet a lot of very nice, friendly people as well. I'm hoping I can make this my regular "winter getaway".”

“Very quiet and relaxing! Would highly recommended! — Pet friendly also, just know that the beach only allows dogs on the beach from 6-10am & 4-7pm, but if you go to Canova Beach Park, it’s a dog beach & only about 20 minutes from the Units. ”

“We had some family staying across the street at Las Olas. Just needed a place to crash really. It was very quiet and had a cool retro surfer vibe. We enjoyed our alone time there. ”
