“It's hard to say how wonderful this stay was. From the outstanding communication up front to the great location to the perfect accommodations, this was a great stay. The host sent us a message early in the day welcoming us early if we wanted to, so we got a couple extra hours added to our vacation, which was a bonus. We brought our dog with us and I am usually a bit nervous that the place will smell like someone else's pet, but not this place! It was perfectly clean and looked great. My wife's……

“My family and I stayed at this property for an upcoming cruise that we did not unfortunately get to go on due to a fire. However, this place was very cute and quaint. But I will say we were kind Of surprised when we arrived due to the exterior of the building, it needs some work to be More presentable in my opinion. So do not be alarmed by the outside appearance because the room itself was very nice. The kitchen area was nice and updated which we didn’t really use due to only staying a day. Nice……

“The boat ramp is in bad condition. There was only one chair to sit in to relax. The AC did not work very well. The filter was so dirty. I cleaned it myself other than that the whole room was clean the lamps and the one chair there was was not plugged in. I had to move the cabinet to plug them in.”

“The size of the place is great, communication with manager fabulous. But - the condo is tired, carpet from shag days, could use a major facelift and cleaning.”

“Had a wonderful time, lady upstairs was upall night dropping stuff, I think she was putting in a new floor lol and she slept during the day and not very pleasant but we got used to that fast and she didn’t bother us. Tv had Roku which was better than cable. Overall a 9 1/2 very reasonable for location, park right outside door and would recommend to anyone who is looking for beach experience, chairs and surfboard, boogie boards all in closet. Short 1 block walk to sandy Cocoa Beach!”

“It was very nice. It is decorated nice. Had everything in the kitchen that you need. Enjoyed the screened in porch. We had an issue with the bathroom faucet and it was fixed right away. Close go the beach. Unfortunately it didn’t have a view. The bed was comfortable. Would stay there again.Easy check in and checkout.”

“Clean with everything you need. We were a party of 4 and had a great time with our teenagers. Less than a mile from everything Cocoa Beach has to offer. Publix directly across the street. Beach access is right there on property so very easy to get on and off the beach to and from the condo. First floor is a big bonus. Host was super easy to communicate with. I would stay there again, no problem. ”
