We loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins swim in the intracoastal. The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping on Canal St.& Flagler Ave.; the beach is just a few minutes drive; and there are some beautiful sights to see in the local area. “What an absolutely wonderful place to stay in Melbourne Beach. The property is absolutely beautiful and the room, food outstanding. We stayed in the Sunrise room for our 40th anniversary and had wonderful views of the sunrise each morning we were there. The social hour in the afternoon was nice added touch with some great food and drinks after a day at the beach. Can't wait to go back!”

“This house is brimming with style and comfort. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home in this luxurious and historical home. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was amazing both mornings.
