“Very cozy ,homey place. A little outdated on decoration is the only downfall. Beds are comfy and the air conditioning works great. But as soon you get to beach none of that matters. Watch the sunrise from the patio. Definitely will be returning. A little peace of heaven on earth ”

“The house was very clean and well stocked for all beach needs. The kitchen was easy to cook in and had everything we needed. Our kids loved the loft upstairs and the two downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our family. We all enjoyed the outside shower and the grill. “This property was perfect for our family and our trip.It's roomy enough so you're not on top of each other. Having two bedrooms made it easier to get our son to sleep when he needed to. The washer and dryer was such a huge help, and we spent the whole time walking to restaurants and to the beach which is such a draw when you don't exactly know where you're going and are worried about parking. “This was easy to find location that is right in between the inlet side and the ocean side allow you access to both sides of Coca Beach. Everything was clean and was easily accessible. A quick walk to the beach and we saw a rocket launch and sea turtle tracks. The owner was fantastic about answering questions and giving local insights. We will definately be staying again. ”

“The townhouse is super cute! Easy to find via google map. You can see the ocean from the balcony and it’s a quick walk across the road to the beach. Overall clean and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. I’ve actually thought about doing a joint family trip and using both town houses to sleep 10 comfortably. “This is a wonderful little cottage in a great location in Cocoa beach. Can walk to the beach and resturaunts and quieter than up in the more commercial area. Fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog. Many little touches that made our stay better. Will definitely stay again when in Cocoa beach”
