“The condo was just as advertised! Very clean, great decor and all the amenities you could want. Great view of the beach and pool. Can't beat the location, right on the beach but away from crowds. Great restaurants and orher activities either a short walk or drive away. Doug and Cathy were great hosts, very responsive and helpful. We definitely recommend this VRBO and hope to visit again!”

“I want to say "stay away" just so I'll have a reservation next time. I can't lie. This place is awesome. It's beautiful. serene and peaceful. Imagine yourself waking up each morning to playful dolphins, few manatees, various birds. The kayaks provided were perfect. The sunset tp west, visible. Two things I'd suggest to the manage: Lawn chairs for viewing in back yard and a grab bar in the showers. Otherwise, the unit is gorgeous.”

“It’s a nice property in a pretty good location with direct beach access. It’s a little dated and could use new carpeting in bedrooms. Suzy was very good communicating with me on check in and the area.”

“The checkin process was very smooth and the property was absolutely wonderful. Much bigger than anticipated with stunning views of the ocean. The closets are massive with extra blankets and the laundry room had detergent, stain remover and dryer sheets. The kitchen had some spices and coffee filters. There was also multiple beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys, coolers, and ice packs which made everything so much easier. We travelled with my husband and i, and our two daughtes……

“Owner let us in early, which was very helpful. Unit was clean and comfortable. Minutes to the beach. There were a few small maintenance issues, but owner dealt with them in a timely fashion. Appreciated having access to a washer/dryer in the unit. Florida residents welcomed us with open arms. Overall, just a wonderful family stay. Would stay again in a heartbeat. ”

“The location was absolutely perfect! Steps from the beach and pier; wonderful spot to watch a launch from the Cape. The only issue ( and it wasn't that big of a deal) was some of the windows were stuck shut and screens were ripped. Other that that, everything was wonderful. ”
