“Right on the ocean steps from the beach this was an excellent beach vacation spot. Booked it to get a little beach time before a cruise but was just amazed by how fantastic this place was. A little way out of downtown so not so busy beach chairs umbrellas boogie boards. The game room was awesome the layout of rooms perfect for teens and young adults having a separate space. Great to watch a space x launch. Close to restaurants Kennedy Space Center and cruise port I couldn’t have been happier ”

We loved the screened in front porch and sitting area in the yard!Family of six did fine with only 1 shower, but appreciated the other half bath.Nice living room, bedrooms and laundry.Well stocked with all necessary plates, dishes and cutlery. Really enjoyed the chairs and beach toys.We would definitely consider returning!”

“My family of 6 stayed here for one night before going on a cruise and it was perfect. Only a 10 min drive to the cruise terminal. The property had plenty of parking, was extremely clean, and the layout was perfect for our family. The communication from the host was great. Although we only stayed one night, I believe this would also be the perfect place for those looking to enjoy the beach, I noticed they had lots of beach toys and a wagon to help get your things to and from the beach.
