“I have to say this place is very under advertised…. What a gem! The large window wall that is the perfect view of the creek flowing cannot be matched! The place was so comfortable, the decor was perfect, the supplies were abundant, communication with the host was great too. This is probably the best place we have stayed and were sad to leave it. “The place was well stocked with cooking supplies, towels and bedding. The location was amazing, very close to Schweitzer, which we drove to every day and very close to downtown Sandpoint. Hot tub was perfect temperature. Initially worried about the train tracks being across the road but honestly, they weren’t that loud or frequent….Would definitely rent this place again!”

“This is a lovely property in a beautiful locale that we chose for its ability to house our group retreat of 10 adults and 2 children. Check-in was very smooth and we were pleased with the 3 en suite bathrooms as well as the well supplied kitchen that had utensils and cookware for a crowd, and a very large fridge. “We knew from the pictures and other reviews that it is an older home. We chose it because of the proximity to Silverwood. It is just a few minutes drive. We did not anticipate the very old furniture with holes in the upholstery, and holes in the carpet. The kitchen did have all the necessary equipment but a little short on silverware. There air conditioner works well. The lawn on the backside of the house was nice. The host can’t control nature but the wasps were terrible. Overall this house……
