“Clean room, staff was great. The complimentary free Dinner on week nights was great, never experienced anything like this before, after a long day of driving it was nice to not have to leave the hotel & search for a place to eat. ”

“This is a decent hotel for the price range. The front staff was very friendly and pleasant, welcomed us with a big smile. Room was spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. There was a note from room service staff welcoming us. They had online check in and check out system, which worked well. ”

“What a gem! Our suite was so clean and spacious! Amenities in the room are great, and there was plenty of bedding, pillows, and towels for 4 adults and 2 kids. The decorations are spot on and the renovations that have been done to the room were beautiful. We will stay here every trip to Coeur d’Alene!”
