“We booked the property because our family is growing too large for all of the children and grandchildren to spend the holidays together. The “holiday house” as our 4 year old coined it was the perfect place to spend Christmas and Hanukkah. Large yet cozy and very well appointed. All of our communication with proprietors was prompt and helpful, and they had the driveway salted and plowed within hours of the (very picturesque) snowfall the day before Christmas. I would happily book here again. ”

“It's a very cute cottage and it fit our needs. The road getting there was quite rough, our van scraped on the bottom a few times, but the property itself was great. And she was a very attentive host, she replied right away when we had questions.Thank you very much!”

“Great stay at the house as before! We try to book this property when visiting the town - great location, very clean house and Stephanie (the owner) is very accommodating! Thank you!!!”

“Awesome cottage just south of the town center. Great space, very bright and extremely clean. The host checked in to make sure the check in process went smooth, which it did. Huge backyard with outdoor firepit and great gas grill. Very close to town and a well stocked grocery store. If we ever travel back to New Paltz, this is where we will stay! ”
