We encountered a snake at the pool and the staff there attended it and helped monitor it to ensure we feel safe. ”

“We arrived at the Carmel after the office had closed, however our keys were waiting for us in a secure place. Our room was spacious, as was the bathroom. A well stocked minibar was available and our bed was very comfortable. ”
