“This cottage was magical! The trails and wildlife on the property as well as the beautiful outdoor patio and fire pit to watch the sunset were so amazing! It’s centrally located to Skyline caverns, hiking trails,parks and canoeing. The wineries and breweries in the area were fantastic!We’rgrateful we code mint Cottage!”

“We had a wonderful 5-day getaway at the River Perch! The three kids spent hours on the river each day, we went tubing and kayaking, we got to see our dog enjoy her first real swims, and then we got to relax in the very cozy, very clean house with the beautiful front porch view of the Cacapon. Glenn made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay and was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot for a trip away!”

“It was a great stay. No complaints! Great communication with the hosts before and during our stay. Very clean and just like the photos. The only comments not entirely positive (but worth noting because it was one of my deciding factors in booking this property) is that the hot tub was not clean enough for us to be comfortable using (it is in the woods and may have been pollen coming through the screens—but it was covered) and I think one of the queen sized mattresses does need to be replaced in……

“A cute home is in the woods. It has a huge covered grilling and hot tub area with a picnic table nearby. We wanted a quiet weekend away, and this home did not disappoint. Watch out for the bugs, bring bug spray! I was delighted that DoorDash is available here, so they delivered my forgotten items.”

Not only did we get a coffee pot delivered timely but the host also included two varieties of delicious coffee! The host was easy to communicate with and was very timely and answering our questions.”
