“The Grand is a nice property. Very quiet and clean with a friendly staff. Appreciate the urn of ice water available in the lobby. It's well situated downtown. Very happy with my room. The bed was huge! The room did get a bit stuffy at night even with the ceiling fan. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Very much enjoyed my short stay. Visited family so definitely staying at The Grand again. ”

“Stay was good other than one elevator was down for two days. The card reader was not working on outer doors and room a few times.”

“It is too noisy to sleep. The fan in bathroom is too noisy.”

“Great location that you can walk to several dining options as well as a movie theater. Clean rooms, indoor pool/outdoor patio was well kept. Onsite laundry was available with 2 washers/2 dryers (it was always in use when I was there) Overall I would stay here again versus another hotel in the area that I have stayed at.”

“The staff at this hotel are SO nice. Every time I had a question or need they went above and beyond being helpful. The room was nice, the kitchen is very handy. My only snag during my stay was our garbage disposal wasn't working and after the first day the sink in the kitchen would fill with water quickly, making washing dishes difficult. I asked about it twice, but I think they were having trouble getting maintenance out. I would stay here again!”
