“The space could have been so much nicer. It looks great and has good appliances, nice bathroom etc but it was pretty bare bones. The garbage cans were microscopic. Everything seemed to purchased assuming you would only be throwing away Kleenex. If you enjoy a firm mattress, this is the place for you. It was exceptionally firm to the point of hard. I couldn’t sleep the first night because it was so uncomfortable. The second night I paid close to 300 to stay at a nearby hotel which was a fantastic……

“Getting into the property was easy and parking was very close to the unit. I have to admit, the couch / chair were probably some of the most uncomfortable furniture we’ve ever sat on. However, the bed was super comfortable. If you need a dark room to sleep in, the bedroom lets in a ton of light in the mornings. Never figured out how to use the microwave. More than 1 kitchen towel would be helpful with a lengthy stay! When the unit above was rented, it was quite noisy but not much one can do……

It’s in the city and I felt safe. The building is well maintained and secured. It’s always a pleasure to communicate with Alphe and Brad about my visit. I am looking forward to do more short term rentals from them again.”

“The bed and location were the best parts. Although the key parts - kitchen, bathroom and nightstands were clean, the floors were not that clean. They looked clean, but based on the socks I wore, there was a lot of dirt or dust somewhere. Hosts were very nice and responsive.”
