“房间很小而且布局很简陋、如果这样算四星酒店的话明显是不够的！浴室的玻璃门关不严、洗完澡后淋浴间外面全是水！早餐也比较简陋、水果都是整个没剥开的、如果只想吃一点点就没有可能！停车很方便、而且外面是免费的、门口就有一个加油站！”

“收了稅款，沒有收據。發現收多稅款50歐，與職員溝通，他們沒有禮貌又沒有說對唔住，態度非常差。 已掛了不用清潔門牌在門口，他們在我們離開房間後，入了我們房間不是清潔已是動了我們的物唔物品，關了我們的冷氣。感覺我們不在房間，職員可自出自入我們的房間，很不安全。 ”

“This is my second time stayed in this hotel, it is so convenient for moving around, when you get out of the hotel and you can see the Milan central train station. Satisfied for every thing, nice services and nice sweet chocolate for first day and everyday. Highly recommended and I will stay in this hotel if I go to Milan again.”

“Only issue is there were no Aircon on the first day but a fan was sent. When it was eventually turned on the next day, it was again turned off in the middle of the night the next evening and kept off until I checked out.....travelers should be notified before hand if such is happening as hotel facilities clearly state there AC available! Otherwise, staff was very polite and professional.”
