“Overall I am glad my family and I (including children) stay at this location. Had quite a few pools and away from the crowds in city center. The facility could use some renovations but overall it was a great stay and felt safe with my kids. The food was incredible at almost every restaurant. Really loved our stay. Any time we needed something they were quick to respond. Highly recommend this hotel. ”

“Great property but be warned, no one after hours is there to greet you. After hours in my case was 7 pm. Though the next day, the maid was gone and no one there by 3 pm. Ideally you have communicated before on WhatsApp and have both the door code and the room code recorded. If not, assuming you have cell, you can do it like I did and call from the door and do everything remotely. Too complicated for me to do in English but someone was available who could take the call The place was clean……
