“We loved our stay at Hotel Genessis! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, the pictures don’t do it justice. This hotel was one of the highlights of our time in Antigua. Staff was very friendly and helpful and available 24/7. The breakfast made to order each morning was absolutely delicious. The rooms were beautiful, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The beds were soft and the air conditioner worked wonderfully. There is also rooftop access with amazing volcano views and the interior of the hotel is……

“Quedamos encantados, todo estuvo super desde la habitación hasta la atención y áreas. Como sugerencia revisar las areas del spa, los saunas no estaban a temperatura como para hacer su función. Los alimentos estaban en buena porción, pero sentimos que falta sazón. Precios si consideramos que estan muy altos. Por todo lo demás, definitivamente regresaremos.”
